At 6:56 a.m. alarm was triggered through a manual alarm device. All persons who were in the building reached the assembly point outside of the building in only a few minutes.
Shortly after, the rescuers from the main fire department of the professional fire brigade of Halle arrived.
An investigation crew was able to localize the manual alarm device. At the same time, the hydrant pipes were tested and the functionality of the sprinkler pump was confirmed.
An important point for the team of rescuers was above all getting to know the site.
After evaluating the operation the building could be cleared. All employees went back to work shortly after.
Everyone involved was of the same opinion that this drill built an important part of increasing security at the location.
