The transmission of the vehicle's GPS data, the status of the transport and proof of delivery must take place in real time via ZeKju. For this purpose, the driver must set the loading status analogous to the actual loading process and the unloading status analogous to the actual unloading process. Proof of delivery must be transmitted directly after unloading.
Access to ZeKju
The transport order contains a link to the transport in ZeKju or a QR code with this link.
The link takes you to the Zekju portal. The driver's cell phone number must be entered there. This will only be used for technical communication between Zekju and the driver. Zekju will not pass on the cell phone number to third parties (not even to Finsterwalder).
An SMS is then sent to the driver. With the SMS, the driver can start the chat communication via a messenger of his choice. As soon as the driver has joined the chat, the driver, you and the responsible employee at Finsterwalder can communicate with each other for the duration of the transport.
