The importance of personal interaction for successful collaboration became clear during our visit to our long-standing warehousing and logistics client, KSB SE & Co. KGaA, in Halle. In addition to learning about the company’s history and the role of the Halle location within the KSB Group, we gained interesting insights into the company during a tour of the production facilities.

Afterward, we took advantage of our cross-location management evening to get together with colleagues from various branches, share experiences, and foster personal connections within our company.

Because we’re convinced that nothing replaces direct contact. Whether in interactions with our customers or within our “family of logistics”—personal conversations foster understanding, strengthen collaboration, and help us move forward more efficiently together. 💯
