Last week, our new trainees went on exciting few days full of exchange, team spirit, and inspiration.

In Babenhausen, the event kicked off with a warm-up, followed by icebreaker and team exercises – most notably the “Moorpfad” (moor path), where team spirit and communication were key to success. This allowed our trainees to experience how important trust and cooperation are in everyday working life.

On the second day, in addition to further team tasks, there was a real highlight on the agenda: the panel discussion with our management team.

Our managing director Michael Finsterwalder, together with our head of human resources Klaus Ehrhart and other colleagues from the management team, took the time to answer exciting questions such as:
💡 “What tips can you give us trainees?”
💡 “How do you achieve a work-life balance?”
💡 “What was your best experience at Finsterwalder?”

During dinner and open discussions, experiences were shared, valuable insights were gained, and perspectives for the future were highlighted.

👉 These days have shown that at Finsterwalder, people are the focus—whether they are trainees or managers. That's why it was important to us to continue growing together as a family of logistics and to invite all new trainees from our locations in Türkheim, Mindelheim, Kaufbeuren, Durach, and Sulzberg.
