International experience for our trainees

We are delighted that our trainee Marie (2nd year warehouse specialist) had the opportunity to spend two weeks in Crete as part of the Erasmus+ program, getting insights into the logistics of a Greek company.

Together with other vocational school students from BSZ Bau und Technik Dresden, she was not only able to gain professional experience, but also enjoy a cultural exchange – from the warm hospitality of the local people and exciting differences in working practices to unforgettable moments exploring Heraklion and the beach. 🌍☀️

We are incredibly proud to have such a dedicated and successful trainee as Marie in our family of logistics – her participation shows what is possible when motivation, skill, and curiosity come together. 💪

Such programs are an important building blocks for the personal and professional development of our junior staff. They open horizons, promote independence and teamwork, and bring valuable ideas back to our company. We are proud that Marie has represented our training department so enthusiastically on the international stage! 💪

A big thank you goes to the Wisamar Bildungsgesellschaft and the Greek partner organizations such as MD Hellas. Thanks to their excellent organization – from preparation to internship placement and accommodation to the cultural program – this project was implemented smoothly.

The Erasmus+-Programm impressively demonstrates how important it is to open up such opportunities for young people. We wholeheartedly support these initiatives and are delighted when our trainees benefit from them.
