When all our apprentices come together, a group of individuals quickly becomes a really strong team! 💪

At the Türkheim location, our apprentices gathered for a big get-together to get to know each other. And to match the XXL apprentice community, the XXL version of soccer was a must, of course: During soccer darts, everyone competed for points, goals, and the occasional bullseye. 🎯⚽️

Managing Director Michael Finsterwalder and Head of Human Resources Klaus Ehrhart also made sure to stop by – and of course, take a few shots themselves. 😉

What made it special: The celebration was organized by our trainees themselves. They were rewarded with perfect weather, so nothing stood in the way of our barbecue together. Over delicious food, good conversation, and a relaxed atmosphere, everyone laughed, chatted, and, of course, got to know each other better.

And that’s exactly when it became clear once again what “family of logistics” means to us: Over time, colleagues become a community where everyone knows each other, pitches in together, and moves forward as one.
