Munich, May 2019 – Finsterwalder Transport & Logistik GmbH has been awarded the title “2019 SME Top Employer" by Yourfirm.de, the leading online job exchange for small and medium-sized enterprises in the German-speaking countries. The aim of the award is to focus on the advantages small and medium-sized employers offer job seekers, and to provide them with orientation in their search for interesting employers among SMEs.
What is so special about this award: The award is not based on surveys, which often have low participation rates and so offer only limited meaningful data. Instead, the access and reading behavior of users on www.yourfirm.de amounts to more than 60,000 job advertisements in the course of one year.
The assessment criteria are

• the average number of users a company reaches per job advertisement and company profile,
• the percentage of users who actually read the content, i.e. spend a certain amount of time on a page
• as well as the proportion of readers who carry out an action that is related to an application, e.g. by clicking on "Apply Now" or on the company's website link.

Based on these three categories, a “Popularity Index” for each employer is determined. The 1,000 best-rated companies are awarded the title “2019 SME Top Employer".
