Our 2nd and 3rd year apprentices spent two days working intensively on exciting topics - in an environment outside of their usual working day. After all, our Finsterwalder apprentice training days are not just about specialist knowledge, but also about personal development! 

The trainees from our “family of logistics” worked on important topics in groups:

The best thing about it? The feedback from our trainees was consistently positive - they all agree: “I'd love to do it again!” A great time that brought joy and progress!
